Upon booking our services please review these bullet points:

• Your venue or location must allow and approve outside vendor services for us to be present. We are a licensed and insured company and carry full liability. 
• Your venue or location must have a level, accessible location for the I Love You A Latte trailer to be stationed during your event.
• If booking hot or blended beverage services your venue or location must be able to provide us access to an electrical power outlet, we provide our own extensions.
• A 50% deposit is required for booking. Final balance to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to date of event.
•  All drink menus and recipes are required to be finalized no later than 2 weeks prior to date of event - this is for ingredients and prepping purposes.
• A final guest count confirmation will be required no later than 2 weeks prior to date of event.
